About Our Community
Newlin Greene is a small, but lively community located just one mile from the center of picturesque downtown Unionville, PA. We are part of the highly acclaimed Unionville-Chadds Ford School District and our homes are just minutes away from the Unionville Elementary School, Patton Middle School and Unionville High School. Newlin Greene has the advantage of a rural location within the heart of Chester County’s Horse and Farm Country while being relatively close to shopping in Kennett Square, West Chester, Downingtown and tax-free Delaware.
